Nurse Practitioner-- Urgent Care or Acute Pediatric Care, full or part-time: Hours of operation, Weekdays 3p-10p or 5p-10p and Weekends, 11a-8p or 12p-8p: Obtains and performs history and physical exams of patients in a pediatric urgent care setting. Documents on patient's medical record. Collaborates with staff pediatrician in Urgent Care on care of patients. Determines work-ups needed for diagnosis. Determines plan for discharge or transfer to Emergency department. Orders labs, xrays, treatments and medications. Demonstrates an expert knowledge base necessary to care for children from infancy through adolescence. Certified Nurse Practitioner and Ohio licensure required.
